Return Window

Returns can be made during the first 7 days after a shipment is delivered.

Returns occurring after the 7-day window is considered an unauthorized return and will not be accepted.

Buyers Remorse Returns

A return is considered to be a "Buyers remorse return" if the Buyer can not provide a legitimate reason for a return. Such Buyers remorse returns if made during the first 7 days after receipt can obtain an RMA number and will be processed for a refund once the item is verified to be in its original state or condition but incurs a 15% re-stocking fee to be deducted from the total refund. 

Legitimate Returns

Legitimate are returns that occur due to:

1. an incorrect item sent

2. an item was sent properly but however arrived damaged

3. an item sent in good order but is significantly different from the listing description or from the  condition as described in the listing. 

In the case of a legitimate return where the issue is raised in within the first 7 days from the date of receipt the return can be processed in several ways:

a. a partial or complete refund of an agreed amount can be issued with no return required.

b. an RMA number is issued to the Buyer to send the watch in to Watchseconds at Buyers expense. Watchseconds will then examine the watch on receipt to assess the problem and either

1) correct the damage, problem or defect and then return the watch to the Buyer with no refund made or

2) issue a complete refund to the Buyer and Watchseconds keeps the watch.
