CONDITION DESCRIPTION

Good pre-owned condition. Outer edge of dial shows slight wear from age.

Rolex Jubilee band is sized for a 7.75 inch wrist can be shortened up to 0.75 inches to 7 inches in length by adjustment of the clasp.

Stainless steel Jubilee band has noticeable stretching between links. Case and band have several light scratches from normal use.

Slight wear to hands. Watch has not been tested for water proofness. Keeps accurate time but has not been recently serviced

Case Shape and Material: stainless steel 36mm round shaped case in good condition.  Screw-down Rolex minus logo crown. Rolex Bamboo design steel bezel. Steel screw-down case back.

Inner case back marked "MONTRES ROLEX S.A. Geneva Switzerland Patented Stainless Steel 1603 III.60".

Monogram: none

Movement: hi grade early 1560 Rolex automatic movement with date, free sprung 7855 type balance wheel (the balance adjustments must be made by turning standard balance screws).

Movmt Type: 18,800 bph COSC Chronometer certified Rolex 1560 25-jewel movement with automatic butterfly rotor with a non-quickset date function.

Movmt Condition: very good, winds, sets, runs and keeps time and date.

Movement Function: Pulling crown to 1st stop allows winding of the mainspring. Pulling the crown out to the second stop permits hour and minute hand adjustment and slow adjustment of the date and stops the second hand.

Mainspring (runtime): 42+ hours

Dial: Rolex silver dial with  pitched faceted steel stick hour markers except steel crown at 12 and signed "Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust" under the 12 position. Date window at 3 position. Marked "Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified" above the 6 marker.

Hands: Rolex white gold plated luminous pitched dauphine hands, in good condition with slight wear. Steel sweep seconds in good condition. Non-functioning luminous compound.

Crystal: glare-resistant acrylic crystal with date magnifier.

Band: stainless steel Rolex Jubilee band marked on clasp "REGISTERED SWISS MADE STEELINOX 62510 H" has Rolex logo crown stainless steel deployant clasp. Band is sized for an 7.75 inches wrist. Band is in good condition however has obvious stretching. Band can be shortened up to 0.75 inches to 7 inches long by adjusting the clasp.

Notes: Rolex mens Datejust automatic chronometer date watch with early 1560 non-quickset date movement. Water resistant rated to 100 meters (330 feet) but has not been pressure tested. Watch is running well, keeping time and ready to wear.
