CONDITION DESCRIPTION
1940s manual wind Hamilton diamond platinum watch in pre-owned condition. Watch winds sets and runs and keeps time to within 1 minute per day in 3 positions. Platinum case has a few light scratches. Dial has some deterioration of finish at edges from age. Inner case back stamped "900 Plat 100 Irid". Black lizard grain leather strap with silvertone metal clasp fits wrist sizes to 7 inches. Weight with crystal, movement, strap and buckle is 10.4 grams. Approximate weight without crystal, movement, band and buckle is 3 grams of .900 platinum.

Case Shape and Material: solid Platinum Iridium case 28mm L(incl. lugs) x 14mm W (excluding the crown) covered in 54 round natural diamonds. There are 26 1pt. diamonds set in the bezel and each of the stepped lugs have 28 1pt. round diamonds. Total carat weight of all the diamonds is approximately 0.54 carats. Diamonds are grade VS clarity H color and have been appraised by a professional jeweler. Case is in good condition with no dings or major scratches. Plain crown. Inside case back marked "900 Plat 100 Irid". Case lugs have been jeweler customized by the addition of wire lugs to to permit the use of a modern day standard leather band (as opposed to the original rope band).
